RETURN & Refund policy

Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

OUR POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, please return the goods, unused & unopen in it's original packaging within 30 days from purchase to:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to us via email (hello@norfolktea.co) or attached to the order.

Our policy lasts 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, a refund, exchange or credit will only be offered at the discretion of Norfolk Tea Co. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 
Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment - this could take between 3-7 working days dependant on your bank and timings.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to: Norfolk Tea Co C/O Crush Foods Ltd, Park Farm, Salle, Norfolk, NR10 4SG.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
