Russian Caravan

from £4.50

An historic blend

In 1735 the Empress Elizabeth established a tea trading route between the Far East and Russia. As a result and unintentionally, Russian Caravan tea was born as the tea absorbed the aroma of campfires on the long journey.

This fine blend of delicate flavour is much appreciated by connoisseurs and combines China, Formosan and Darjeeling teas

It is still enjoyed today all over the world and a much loved addition to our tea range. Our tea is a traditional blend and produces a medium bodied traditional tea.

Please Note: This Russian Caravan is a not smoky like other blends, just subtle, smooth and delightful.
